We offer three options
1) $45 Refraction only. This will determine your prescription and you will be given your prescription to fill anywhere. We have locations that will offer you a discount that we can recommend .
2) $69 Intermediate exam with cash discount. This includes a focused history and exam with tests for cataracts, glaucoma, strabismus and lazy eyes or infections.
3) $99 Comprehensive exam with cash discount. This includes a comprehensive history and exam with tests for cataracts, glaucoma, lazy eye, diabetic retinopathy and an assessment for LASIK or other vision correction options starting at $1/day.
We always recommend a comprehensive exam and we accept Medicare, Medicaid, Culinary, and virtually all medical and vision plans including VSP. We are not a HMO provider but do offer the above cash discounts and often can see you today!
